About Us
Owned by Edward and Jennifer Manetta, The Reserve is a true family-owned business - no outside investors, no corporate shareholders.
Customers immediately feel at home when visiting The Reserve's wine store and wine bar, but the relaxed atmosphere never fools them for long when they realize how serious Ed and Jen are about the business of wine. They have been in the wine industry for over a decade, and in 1999 Ed received his Sommelier Certification from the Guild of Master Sommeliers. Ed also teaches wine classes for the University of California. They live in Orange County, California with their daughter, Emily.
